Tasmanian born and bred, I discovered my passion for painting later in life – a journey that has become one of deep personal meaning and immense joy.
I work primarily with acrylics and find great freedom in the act of creating whether through bold colour, quiet reflection or or bursts of imaginative expression. My work spans a variety of styles from semi abstract to traditional, often exploring landscapes and seascapes, inspired not only by nature but also by memory and emotion.
I’m particularly drawn to colour and the way it can transform a scene, evoke feeling or suggest a story untold.
